Always fun to get a group of Chief Executives working in pairs to try to help each others' businesses.


Members of Jon Ralph's Three60 Leadership group have been learning all morning about How to Ask for a Referral and Actually Get One, so then they practiced asking each other for referrals in pairs.


When did you last actively ask someone for a referral? And when did you last give someone a referral... I'd wager the latter was more recent. You need a systematic referrals process in your business.
